How a VM Distributor can request permission to prospect sales in an additional area.

Please email Director@identakid.com with any potential area you would like to work. You may only request one area at a time. You cannot request an entire state at one time, but may request school districts or counties. If an area is very large, we may only approve for a partial area. If an area is currently being worked by someone, you will not be approved, or will be approved with conditions excluding current leads/outstanding quotes and customers.

Once approved, you will have 60 days to saturate the area, call leads, and document all activity in the HubSpot CRM system. If you have not done so within the time given, the area will automatically be open for grabs until requested again. Just because you call a lead once, does not mean this is your forever permanent account. If the leads are not continually worked and documented within a 6 month period, this area will be forfeited and reopened.

After 60 days we will verify through a follow up sales meeting and HubSpot that you are working the area. You will then be sent inbound leads as well as added to the website map for the territory. If you can prove after 30 days you have done this, you may request this sooner.

You will receive the leads currently open once your request has been approved. You may request recent purchases within that state and access to Govspend purchasing data to director@identakid.com. Please allow 14 days to fulfil this action.

Areas granted for VM sales are NOT a contractual agreement, rather this is a more efficient way to maximize sales efforts and respect areas where directors are working.
